Description
Herpetiles at UiO Natural History Museum, University of Oslo. The collections of amphibians and reptiles are divided into a Norwegian herpetological collection (about 2,000 objects) and a foreign herpetological collection (about 6,000 objects). About 2,350 of the living species are globally known to amphibians and 6,200 to reptiles. In Norway, approximately 6 amphibians and 7 reptiles are registered.
Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 3,087 records.
