Description
Nematodes from Finse were sampled by soil cores with a 10 cm diameter in august 2019 along a elevation gradient described in the following publication; Roos et al 2019. Contrasting drivers of community‐level trait variation for vascular plants, lichens and bryophytes across an elevational gradient, Functional Ecology (https://besjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/1365-2435.13454). The quantity is abundance, number of individuals per 80 sq cm. The nematodes were extracted and identified by Marek Renco. The data is collected as part of the project FuncFinse.
Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 1,370 records.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.
