Description

Point observations of cold-water corals, sponges and other megafauna recorded from ROV still images along multiple transects at Slapøyværet, Norway. The dataset includes per-image species identifications with counts, depth and substrate as well as start–end segment data describing habitat types along each transect.

  1. Still images collected by ROV along predefined transects at Slapøyværet in 2019 and 2024. Images annotated manually for species identification, individual counts, depth and substrate. Substrate codes interpreted according to Åkerblå standard legend.
